A peptide subscription is a recurring membership that funds education, tools, community, and rewards around provider-guided peptide therapy. At Biohacker Network the membership never includes medication: prescriptions require an independent clinical review, and a licensed pharmacy prices and dispenses any medication separately.

If you pursue therapy, you complete an eligibility questionnaire and consult an independent licensed provider who reviews your history, contraindications, and labs when indicated.

A prescription is issued only when the provider determines it is medically appropriate. A licensed pharmacy handles dispensing and medication payment separately.

Store credit ($99, $250, or $400 monthly by tier) applies to eligible Biohacker Network purchases and renews monthly while your membership is active. It is separate from Network Points. How do Network Points work?
Points live on an immutable transaction ledger — every earn, redemption, expiry, and reversal is a permanent entry, and your balance is the sum. 100 points = $1 of eligible benefit value.

Full points rules
- 100 points = $1 of eligible benefit value
- Minimum redemption: 1,000 points per order
- Maximum redemption: $50 (5,000 points) per order
- Points never apply to medical services or prescriptions and cannot be exchanged for cash
- Points are never awarded based on prescription quantity, dosage, compound selection, treatment selection, or medication spend
- Maximum referral points: 5,000 per year
- Points expire after 12 months of account inactivity
- Points are nontransferable
- Refunds reverse the associated points and store credit
- Cancellation does not immediately erase earned points
- Fraudulent transactions can be reversed after documented review
Points cannot pay for prescription medication unless and until healthcare counsel approves such an arrangement under federal and applicable state law.

- Licensed pharmacies; for compounding, applicable accreditation and quality testing

FDA-approved versus compounded medication
FDA-approved drugs pass premarket review for safety, effectiveness, and quality. Compounded drugs do not — the FDA states they are not reviewed before marketing, and several peptides appear on its list of bulk substances with significant compounding safety risks. The same molecule name can carry very different risk depending on its source.

Medication ships only from the licensed pharmacy, only into states where it may lawfully dispense, with cold-chain handling where required — Biohacker Network never ships medication. Clinical availability depends on provider licensure in your state and is confirmed during the eligibility check, before any clinical charge.
Cancellation, pause, refunds, and point expiration
- Cancel anytime; paid benefits end at the billing boundary and your account is never deleted
- Earned points survive cancellation and expire only after 12 months of account inactivity
- Refunds reverse the associated points with an auditable ledger entry
- Clinical care continues independently with your provider regardless of membership status
