Membership Terms

Two-stage access

Membership requires (1) an approved application and (2) an active paid subscription. These are independent: approval is never sold, and payment never bypasses review.

Application and approval

Applications require truthful attestations. A human administrator reviews each application and may approve, reject, or request more information. Reasons are logged in an immutable audit history.

Billing

Plans bill monthly. Only approved applicants may purchase a plan. Subscription state is controlled by signed payment-provider webhooks, never by the browser.

Cancellation

You may cancel anytime. Paid benefits continue until the end of the current billing period, then end. Your account, saved results, and history are preserved — cancellation never deletes an account.

Suspension

Violations of the Terms of Service — including sharing private offer codes or misrepresenting application information — may result in immediate suspension, which removes restricted access at once.

Equal safety information

Safety warnings, contraindications, and regulatory status are identical across all tiers. No tier suppresses or softens safety content.
