Provider-guided programs
How do I cancel or pause a peptide subscription?
Cancel anytime from your account. Paid benefits continue to the end of the current billing period, then stop — no clawbacks, no deletion. Earned Network Points are not immediately erased, refunds reverse their associated points, and any clinical care you are receiving continues independently with your provider.
The billing boundary
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for. You keep access until then. We do not prorate mid-cycle by default, and we never charge cancellation fees.
Points after cancellation
Earned points survive cancellation and expire only after 12 months of account inactivity. Points reverse only when the underlying payment is refunded or a transaction is found fraudulent after documented review.
Clinical care is unaffected
Your relationship with the independent provider and pharmacy is separate. Ending membership neither cancels prescriptions nor interrupts clinically appropriate care — coordinate any changes with your provider.
