Any honest TB-500 calculator does exactly one job: given a vial size, diluent volume, and a dose supplied by a licensed clinician, it computes concentration and draw volume. It cannot tell you what dose to take, because no human trial has established one — TB-500 has no published human dosing data at all. Calculators that output "recommended doses" are laundering forum numbers through an interface.
The only legitimate calculator math
Concentration = vial mg ÷ diluent mL. Draw volume = prescribed dose ÷ concentration. Units on a U-100 syringe = draw mL × 100. A 5 mg vial in 2.5 mL is 2 mg/mL; a clinician-prescribed 2 mg dose would be 1 mL. That is the entire science of peptide calculators.
