Every BPC-157 dosage chart online derives from the same place: rodent studies around 10 mcg/kg, multiplied by human body weights. A "200-lb male" row is 90.7 kg × an extrapolated coefficient — not a tested human dose. Charts disagree because the extrapolation method is arbitrary. No chart substitutes for a prescription from a licensed clinician.

Reverse-engineering the chart

Take 10 mcg/kg from rat studies, multiply by 90.7 kg, and you get ~907 mcg — yet most charts list 200–500 mcg for that body weight. The gap is an unexplained safety haircut applied by chart authors, which tells you these are editorial artifacts, not pharmacology.

Why body-weight scaling fails across species

Metabolic rate scales to roughly the 3/4 power of mass, not linearly. FDA guidance on human-equivalent dosing uses body-surface-area conversion for a reason. Applying linear mg/kg from rats to humans overestimates; applying forum haircuts underestimates unpredictably. Neither is evidence.
