What are the requirements for a peptide subscription?
Membership requires being 18+, truthful application information, and acceptance of educational-use terms. Clinical eligibility is a separate, stricter layer: medical-history review, contraindication screening, and labs when indicated, judged by an independent licensed provider who can decline therapy.

Clinical eligibility is different
Providers screen for contraindications such as active malignancy, pregnancy, and relevant endocrine or metabolic conditions, review current medications for interactions, and may require baseline labs. Eligibility for membership never implies eligibility for therapy.
Why we keep the layers separate
If membership implied treatment, marketing pressure would leak into medicine. Keeping approval, payment, and prescribing independent is safer for members and required for a defensible program.
