The twenty most-asked questions about peptide subscriptions, answered directly: what memberships cost, what they never include, how independent clinical review works, what Network Points can and cannot do, and how cancellation, shipping, and monitoring actually operate.
What is a peptide subscription?
A recurring membership that funds education, tools, community, and rewards around provider-guided peptide therapy. At Biohacker Network the membership never includes medication: prescriptions require an independent clinical review, and a licensed pharmacy prices and dispenses any medication separately.
Does membership guarantee I will receive peptides?
No. An independent licensed provider decides whether any therapy is medically appropriate after reviewing your history, contraindications, and labs when indicated. Membership status and points never influence that decision.
How much does membership cost?
Network is $99/month with $99 in monthly store credit, Pro is $199/month with $250 in credit, and Elite is $299/month with $400 in credit (pricing as of June 2025). Clinical consultations, labs, and medication are billed separately by the provider and pharmacy.
What are Network Points?
A loyalty layer separate from your monthly store credit. Every renewal earns points at your tier’s rate — 500 (Network), 1,000 (Pro), or 2,000 (Elite) — plus points from education and verified activities. 100 points equal $1 of eligible benefit value, with a 1,000-point minimum and a $50 per-order maximum, redeemable against dues, courses, and approved non-prescription benefits — never against prescription decisions.
Can points pay for prescription medication?
No. Points redemption for medication is not offered unless and until healthcare counsel approves an arrangement under federal and state law. Medication transactions remain with the licensed pharmacy.
What is included in every tier?
The full education library, all nine public calculators with saved results, member community, monthly store credit ($99–$400 by tier), Network Points on every renewal, and transparent cancellation. Higher tiers add expert sessions, advanced tracking, concierge navigation, larger store credit, and higher point rates.
What is billed separately from membership?
Provider consultations, laboratory work, prescription medication, and medication shipping. These are set and charged by the independent provider and licensed pharmacy, not by Biohacker Network.
Are compounded peptides FDA-approved?
No. Compounded drugs are not reviewed by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or quality before marketing. Some compounds also appear on the FDA list of bulk substances with significant safety risks. We explain the difference on every relevant page.
Who reviews the medical content?
Named authors and qualified medical reviewers with published credentials and review scope. Every medical page shows publication, update, and review dates plus numbered primary-source citations.
How does the eligibility process work?
Three steps: join the membership, complete an eligibility questionnaire and independent provider consultation if you pursue therapy, and receive a prescription only if the provider determines it is appropriate.
Which states can be served?
Clinical services depend on provider licensure and telehealth rules in your state. Availability is confirmed during the eligibility check before any clinical charge.
Can I cancel or pause?
Yes, anytime. Paid benefits run to the end of the current billing period. Cancellation never deletes your account, and earned points are not immediately erased.
Do points expire?
Points expire after 12 months of account inactivity. They have no cash value and are nontransferable. Refunds reverse the associated points.
How do I earn points besides renewals?
Completing your profile (250, once), educational modules (50 each, up to five monthly), verified webinar attendance (100), quarterly wellness assessments (100), referring a paying member (1,000, after the refund window), and annual renewal (2,000).
What can points never be earned for?
Choosing a specific medication, increasing a dosage, filling unnecessary prescriptions, writing positive reviews, hiding adverse reactions, or referring patients to a specific prescriber.
Is my medical information shared with partners?
No. Partner offers are presented independently from clinical decisions, redemptions record only that a redemption occurred, and analytics never contain health information.
What monitoring happens during therapy?
The independent provider sets follow-up and lab schedules appropriate to any prescribed therapy, and adverse-event reporting channels are provided. Monitoring is clinical work — membership only helps you organize it.
How is this different from a discount peptide store?
We are not a storefront. There is no discount stacking on medication, no research-chemical sales, and no dose recommendations. The membership funds education and vetted benefits; medicine stays with clinicians and pharmacies.
What happens if I have an adverse reaction?
Contact your prescribing provider immediately, and report suspected reactions to FDA MedWatch. Our member support can help you locate reporting channels but never replaces clinical care.
How do refunds affect points?
A refund adds a reversing ledger transaction for the associated points. Original entries are never edited or deleted, keeping the ledger auditable end to end.
